Terms of service
PLACEHOLDER — this text is not final and is not legally binding. It is a skeleton of what these terms have to cover, written so the checkout can be built and tested. Replace it before this board takes real money.
What you are paying for
A placement on this leaderboard. The amount you pay becomes your listing’s standing bid, and listings are ordered by that bid. You are not buying a position: someone who pays more later will rank above you, and nothing here promises otherwise.
Payments are final
PIX transfers cannot be reversed by us. A payment that arrives is added to your listing’s standing bid and is not refundable. [PLACEHOLDER: state your refund position, if any, and the legal basis for it.]
If you never finish your listing
Your payment is recorded against your listing and holds its bid, but the listing does not appear on the board until you describe your server. [PLACEHOLDER: say how long you hold an unfinished listing, and what happens to the money if it is never completed.]
Getting in touch
[PLACEHOLDER: the operator’s legal name, registration number and a contact address belong here. Brazilian consumer law requires them.]
